DESCRIPCIÓN:
Como todas las lentejas, las lentejas rojas, tienen grandes valores nutricionales, entre los cuales destacan su gran aporte de hierro, zinc, selenio, hidratos de carbono, proteínas, vitaminas B1 o tiamina, etc. Además de ser una fuente de fósforo, manganeso, y ácido fólico.
USOS:
Son un ingrediente muy frecuente en platos de cocina asiática. Suele ser empleada en cremas o purés muy espesos con otros ingredientes y aderezados con especias de todo tipo que le aportan un toque sugerente y muy atractivo a nuestro paladar.
