DESCRIPCIÓN:
Contiene principalmente hidratos de carbono como fuente de energía y ayuda a que la glucosa se absorba lentamente en el torrente sanguíneo. Es una fuente de vitaminas y proteínas: aporta cantidades considerables de salvado de trigo y mayores proporciones de vitaminas del complejo B y minerales como calcio, hierro y fósforo, Impide que se eleve la glucosa en sangre al posee hidratos de carbono como nutriente principal. Incorpora fibra en la alimentación.
USOS:
Es muy famoso en la cocina árabe, lo podemos incorporar en nuestras ensaladas y carnes, es de fácil y rápida prepararción.
