DESCRIPCIÓN:
Fruta deshidratada, sirve para acompañar tus desayunos o meriendas. La fibra más sana. La manzana es rica en pectina, un tipo de fibra soluble que no se absorbe en el intestino, acidos orgánicos únicos. Taninos y flavonoides, Vitaminas E, potasio y Fosforo, disminuye el colesterol y el azúcar en la sangre.
USOS:
Puede incorporarse a las ensaladas, licuados, asados, adobados y muchos platillos que tienen a la manzana como alimento base.
